HINT: To avoid splattering in microwaves, loosely cover open curry packages with microwave-safe plastic wrap before heating.

Note: All our 500g curries can be re-heated over a stovetop. Thaw the product in a refrigerator, transfer into a saucepan and heat over low heat, stirring to ensure thorough heating. For conventional oven heating, transfer curry into an oven-safe container. Preheat oven to 220 ^oC. Heat for 20-25 minutes. Let it stand for 1-2 minutes before opening. Stir thoroughly and serve. Rice may be steamed separately.
