Several hotels have realised the benefit of purchasing pre-portioned meals
for 24-hour room service, reducing labour resources, and providing cost
benefits.
- The same concept is gaining popularity in large restaurant groups - besides
the obvious advantage of efficient allocation of manpower resources, there
is an added benefit of zero wastage, as you only heat and serve against
table orders. Great for takeaways too.
- Even smaller bar owners see this concept as a welcome addition to their
menu, with minimum associated costs. They are able to spend more time concentrating
on their clients.
 Private
labelling and contract packing
We
pack fresh, chilled meals for supermarket deli's within Auckland. We also supply
curries, naan breads and finger food to cafes and restaurants.
