(12 August 2008) Two new products have been launched by Dakshin's: 500g REDUCED FAT Butter Chicken (pictured) and SNACK TO GO Thai Green Chicken Curry, with rice.

We've also re-designed the packaging for our Plain Naan (pictured far right), and Garlic Naan, and re-designed our Wrap packaging: Butter Chicken Wrap and Lamb Korma Wrap.

(13 June 2007) Dakshin's Jewel of India Butter Chicken Frozen Convenience Meal has topped the 2007 Foodtown Magazine People’s Choice Awards, for the second time in 3 years. Jewel of India won the top award for the first time in 2005 and was also a finalist in 2006. Foodtown magazine has a readership of 269,000.

Food Safety Programme approved by NZFSA
The New Zealand Food Safety Authority (NZFSA) has approved our Verification NZ-audited, HACCP-based Food Safety Programme (FSP).
